Bus tour of London

It was amazing sunny summer's day in London. Amazing because I've never seen anything but grey sky. A perfect day for a bus tour around this ancient city. The Original Tour by London Sightseeing run a good 'hop on, hop off' bus tour around the city. The buses run routes around the city, stopping at a number of locations usually near a tourist attraction like The Tower of London. There are red, yellow, and blue routes, with each coloured route taken in a different area of the city. For example the blue route focus's on the museums. It's a really efficient way to get a feel of the city when you first arrive in London.

For twenty five pounds you also get a free trip down the Thames to the Tower of London on an entertaining boat ride. There are also discount tickets available for sale for other attractions.

We spent the day riding around the routes and taking the boat ride. I can't believe that I got a litle bit sunburnt in London.

Unfortunately we don't have any photographs to share as the digital SLR is not focusing properly. I'll have to take it to the shop tomorrow to see if they can fix it.
